Personal Training Rates:
Hello my name is Jack! I have trained and competed in Muay Thai for over 7 years. I have experience in training your everyday warrior and professional fighters, and I love sharing the art of Muay Thai and letting it shape and change people’s lives in a positive way. I am originally from York, UK but grew up in Sydney, Australia. This has given me the chance to train with fighters from all over the world. I have taught at gyms both in the UK and Australia and this has allowed me to refine my teaching skills. Originally I started training Muay Thai as I, like so many others that start, wanted to change my fitness routine. Getting stuck in the same monotonous fitness routine was not working for me, so I attended my first Muay Thai class in 2015, where I ‘got the bug’ and immediately became obsessed. I had my first competitive fight in 2018 and I am still competing now. In 2020 I decided to become a teacher, as I thoroughly wanted to share what I had learnt over the last 2+ years of learning Muay Thai. I qualified as a Level 3 Personal trainer and quickly started gaining a loyal client base. This includes professional fighters who compete in Muay Thai and boxing, and people who have never laced up a boxing glove. If you are unsure of what to do at the gym and want a new challenge and someone to help and guide you through it, I believe I am a perfect coach for you. I have experience of creating diet plans as well as fight camp preparations and will guide you on the path to become a better version of yourself. Muay Thai has allowed me to become a better person in and out of the gym. It has given me confidence in life and has allowed me to deal with the struggles of everyday life in a more confident and assertive way. Others that train with me also share this belief and many say after training they now have more success in their personal and professional life. Whether that’s confidence in work meetings or just more engaged with loved ones and friends. Training doesn’t have to be a chore and I will help you get to a point where you will enjoy training and everything that comes with it. Muay Thai is fun and extremely addictive. So you have been warned!
